Conversation ANNA IS LOOKING FOR A SATURDAY JOB

 

 

A: Hello, ….. (your name) speaking.

B: Good morning ……..( your name) speaking.

A: Hi. How can I help you?

B: I am looking for a Saturday job. Have you got a job for me?

A: How old are you?

B: I am thirteen.

A: You can’t work in the shop, you are too young.

B: Isn’t there anything else that I can do? I really want a job.

A: Maybe you can help at the back of the shop. Can you make a         good cup of coffee or tea? And can you prepare lunch?

B: I am just learning how to make a good cup of tea and coffee.

    And my mother is teaching me how to prepare the best

    sandwiches. With ham and cheese and tomatoes and healthy

    bread.

A: That is very nice. Can you come to the shop for a job interview

    now?

B: What time is it?

A: It’s a quarter past four.

B: Yes, I can come now.

A: OK, see you in a few minutes.
