A question in English has to start with an auxiliary. (THE BOX) (Of course what/where/ why etc can be first.)

There must also be an auxiliary in a negative sentence.

Auxiliaries (the words in the BOX) : BE -HAVE - CAN - MAY - MAY - MUST - WILL - SHALL - DO  (am/is/are/has/have/can/could/may/might/must/will/would/shall/would/should/do/does)

If there is NO auxiliary in the sentence, you must use DO or DOES with the infinitive (hele ww). So no S
