A question in English has to start with an auxiliary. (Of course what/where/ why etc can be first.)
There must also be an auxiliary in a negative sentence.
Auxiliaries: BE -HAVE - CAN - MAY - MAY - MUST - WILL - SHALL - DO (am/is/are/has/have/can/could/may/might/must/will/would/shall/would/should/do/does)
