A: Hi, who are you?

B: I am Beth. I am the new girl, again.

A: Why again?

B: Because we have already moved 4 times in the last six months.

A: Wow, that must be awful for you. How are you feeling?

B: Well, too be honest I am totally fed up with it.

A: What is the worst thing about moving all the time?

B: Every time I thought I was getting settled my mum told me we had to move again.

A: Why does your mum take you to another place so often?

B: Because she couldn’t get a permanent job.

A: So you haven’t been able to make friends for the last  6 months?

B: No, so now I am not starting making new friend anymore because we will probably     move again in a few weeks’ time. I even don’t want to join clubs or remember               names anymore.

A: So that’s why you haven’t asked me my name?

B: Yep, sorry!

A: Well, I understand. But I am going to tell you anyway :). My name is Terry and I              think I like you. Do you want to come over this afternoon to meet my mum and my        little sister?

B: How old is she?

A: Who? My mum? :)

B: You’re funny! No, your sister of course.

A: She’s 3 years old. She’s so cute!

B: I love little kids so I would love to come over. Ehhh, and for you of course.

A: I know…. I think that you have found yourself a new friend. And, by the way, I love your clothes :)
