CONVERSATION I LOVE MUSIC
A: Hi Josie. How are you?
B: Hi George, I am fine. Nice to see you.
A: Good to see you because I wanted to ask you a question, but I haven’t seen you for a while.
B: Yes, I know. You will never guess where I have been..
A: I don’t think so, just tell me. I am really curious.
B: I have been to a concert of Adele. It was incredibly good. I totally loved it.
A: Wow Josie! Yes, I can imagine that. I also think that you had an extremely terrific night. When did you see her?
B: My parents surprised me with two tickets for my birthday last Saturday. They only told me in the morning, so we had to rush to the airport and fly off to London.
A: Who did you take with you?
B: I took my sister because she loves Adele as much as I do.
A: Does your sister sing as good as you do?
B: My sister doesn’t really enjoy singing. But she is crazy about playing the German flute.
A: What a coincidence! I have just bought a German flute because of its fantastic sound. But I haven’t learned how to play it yet. So I am going to take lessons. Do you think your sister would be able to teach me?
B: I don’t know. You will have to ask her yourself.
A: Alright, I will. When do you think I can talk to her?
B: What about now? You could come to my place now. I am pretty sure that she’s at home now. I will text her to tell her to stay home.
A: Okay. I have got enough time today. Thanks!
B: You’re welcome. But what did you want to ask me?
A: Oh yes, I almost forgot! Carl, me and Andy are thinking of starting a band and we would like you to join us as our lead singer. We all think that you sing very well.
B: Yes!! I would certainly like that. Thanks for asking. Come on, let’s go.
