CONVERSATION THE STONECUTTER
A: Hey …… How are you today?
B: I’m okay, thanks for asking.
A: Have you seen Hillary lately?
B: What do you mean? Hillary Clinton?
A: I wish, I would like to discuss a few things with her.
B: Like what?
A: Like all these shootings at schools in America and how to solve that.
B: Oh yes, I understand that you want to talk about that.
A: But, what I meant to ask was if you have seen your sister’s friend Hillary lately?
B: No, I haven’t. Why?
A: Because I heard that she has had her nose fixed last week.
B: Why on earth would she do that?
A: It seems that she thought she had a terrible nose and that she was so troubled by it that she didn’t want to look in the mirror anymore.
B:Wow, that’s bad. And sad. I have never seen anything strange about her nose.
A: Neither have I. So I don’t understand why she does things like that. Someone told me that she has already had more things done to her body. Probably she isn’t really satisfied with how she looks.
B: Could be, but maybe she isn’t satisfied with who she is.
A: Possibly, but where does that come from? Why don’t people just accept themselves and others the way they are? I just don’t get it.
B: Maybe people who aren’t satisfied with themselves start telling other people that they aren’t good enough. Just to feel better about themselves.
A: I think you are right. If you think you are good enough yourself, you think other people are okay too.
B: Wow, we are having a deep discussion today, aren’t we?
A: Yes we are. But I have to go now. See you!
B: Right, see you later!
